Mommy and Daddy took us on an airplane ride to San Diego. Daddy had a business trip out there. While we were there we all went to the big San Diego Zoo, The Children's Museum, Balboa Park to see a puppet show about Cinderella and to two different beaches (La Jolla and Mission Beach). We saw Sea Lions and Seals on the beach! We also enjoyed lunch at Rubio's, a very popular local fast food restaurant. At the zoo, we took a gondola ride and saw the Elephant Odyssey exhibit and also a wild peacock bird. The weather was very nice and warm. It was sunny every day. Logan and I saw palm trees and the beach every single day.
Mommy took us to the Children's Museum while Daddy was at his conference. They had different stations set up so we could play. There was a Bubble Station where we made bubbles with different pipe cleaners and our hands. There was a Block Station where Logan and I built a house and a city using the blocks. There was a place where we could pretend we were shopping at a store with grocery carts. But mine and Logan's favorite station was where we could build with clay and paint a big rock purple with our smocks on and a paint brush! We didn't want to leave! Logan cried when it was time to leave. We stayed at the paint station until the museum closed. It was such a nice vacation! We drove from San Diego to Los Angeles and to Santa Barbara and back to Los Angeles and San Diego. More pictures to come from those two cities!
