I'm 14 Months Old

Another month has gone by and I'm 14 months old! I'm no longer a baby. I was told I'm a toddler now! What? When did that happen and how? I've learned a few more things within the last month. I've learned how to walk and crawl up and down the stairs pretty well, how to run a little faster, how to feed myself with a spoon and fork a little better, how to change the channels on the TV with the remote to channels that I'm interested in (like the ones that play really cool house music). And something that my parents find really awesome for some reason is that I can pick out my top 10 favorite books in a pile of about 20 to 30 books whenever my parents ask me to get a certain title. A few of my favorite titles include : The Billy Goats Gruff, Good Night Elephant, Olivia, Where's Baby's Belly Button, Where's Baby's Birthday Cake and Tortillas and Cancioncitas.

Having Fun with Friends

Believe it or not, I have a pretty busy social calendar--at least for a toddler. It's a ton of fun! I am almost never bored. So far in the month of July, I've attended a couple birthday parties, two baby showers, a wedding shower, a couple of cook outs, a gallery opening and a festival at the new National Harbour. Here are just a few pictures of me enjoying time with some of my friends.

I guess talent lessons or some sort of sports training or more grooming for commercial success in a chosen industry could be in my upcoming future, but for now I'll just stick to the parties and enjoy being a child.
